Ivan the terrible is credited with starting the first Russian KGB, a group of
6,000 that used raping, terrorizing, and pillaging to control others, along with black uniforms, black horses. They were also spies, KGB style.
Ivan has a pretty profound history of the worst of Sadistic Psychopathy. This ranged from sadism from early childhood and on.
