To summarize, they list the reasons, as does this website, why a psychopath would use nukes. Why would Putin and Kim Jong-un launch? What are the odds?
To summarize again what we've said about nukes and psychopaths, they are here now, in all places, and at all times in history, past, present, and future.

Q: Would a psychopath nuke and kill, including destroy buildings and flora / fauna for hundreds of years like Chernobyl?
A: There's 100% chance, if there's a reason and advantage that the psychopath would launch.
But, this is really about 150% chance, because:
a. they have not been fully labeled and understood as psychopaths
We must go against our nature to not label people as psychopaths, because Vladimir and Kim are that.
They'll do what they do, and building fancy gorgeous new nukes is what they do best.
But, they're itching at the launch button. They so want to see what it can do in all regards:

bomb blast, and see on drone came the wonderful waves of nuke destruction and fallout
have a result of death and destruction
Why? That's what a psychopath is.
They would not be satisfied building all the new gleaming ICBMs just to have they gather dust in storage. That is not what they intending. They intended all the time, destruction.
So, it's their very nature, and it is our fault and obligation to identify them, and box them up. Boxing them up, means, in any way it can be done, permanently put them in the most secure prison the world has ever known. Away. Gone. Not in a prison with cell phones or whatever. As we know them, prisons are often places where criminals have the life of Riley, operation their crime rings from plush thrones inside the prisons (Brazil). And, prisons are places where convicts overtake and escape from prisons en masse (see just the history of prisons for the last 12 months, Ecuador).
We do not have solutions yet about how to publicly identify psychopaths, and don't have plans on how to "box" them. Well look into that in part 2 and 3 of this mini segment.
