Devouring Children: a M.A. Mythic Archetypal Theme of Destruction of the Future

Basically, the children are lost, vulnerable. It's Hansel and Gretel. In the woods, they come across the witch.

Just before Hansel becomes Human Goulash, Gretel changes the direction of the story.

Note, it is only through a full destruction are the children saved. There is no

just run

negotiate

try sanction on the witch

etc.

There is destruction by fire.

It is needed, the fire, complete finishing off the full nature of the witch.

Who else draws people in, is able to con with a smile?
