Q: Would a Psychopath bomb a kindergarten and kill children? (Like a Putin, Assad, Maduro)
A: Hey, I'd like to respond, with a snippy comment like, "Are you silly, did you read anything in this blog, do you know anything about psychopathic leaders worldwide", but, apart from a yes, here is why this question could even be proferred.
First, us. We are often taken aback by the swiftness of actions such as the bombing of a kindergarten, say in the Ukraine today. After all, we expect Putin to follow the conventions of war, the Geneva conventions, to be checked with the fear of being charged with war crimes, to have retaliation in many forms now and in the future.
We expect others, Putin, Russia and Assad to "play fair in love and war". In that is a poor understanding of "them", and a poor understanding of the Dark Disordered, the 10% of society worldwide, and living in all times and places in history, past, present, and future.
We expect some restraint.
16,000 persons said to volunteer to aid Russians in fight in the Ukraine. Historically, Assad of Syria has been in back of these actions, in past fights. It is said that Assad has used these persons in other wars, and these persons or Assad's actions will use them in other battles that serve Syria's mercenary methods, or in Battles of support of allies like Russia. (image from Reuters.com, today).
Because of this lack of expectation by attacks, and unfairness by the 10%, we have reactions that allow it, deny it, and delay taking steps on the killing matter. Many children die while we doubt it all.
Note: the bombing is not just vacant buildings, the bombing is the kindergartens with children in them.

Next, "them".
They bomb the kindergarten:
Early on in a conflict, and intend to kill. And, bomb ongoing.
