Well, some psychopaths hide their wealth, but those who are cleaver just hide it in plain site:

In the last two months, Putin has denied that this is his black sea mansion, with an ice rink. Why would he deny that?

A. because he can (deny it)

B. others believe him in doing that

C. lying and hiding things in plain site is what Psychopaths do best.
