Why is this are these lists so extensive? I think because history is replete with the stories of the blood thirsty, and wars and genocides that turn into blood baths, or lakes of blood. It is an unfortunate, but common human theme, recorded into history, and proof that the psychopaths are not just in Moscow, but are in Syria, are in Sudan, are in Egyptian / Roman / Eastern and all civilizations. 10% of the population, now, future, past, all places, and all cultures have these psychopaths.
I am currently reading several books on the history of Andean South American countries. In each are stories of wars, often indigenous and Spaniards, but also of indigenous upon indigenous, where the result was a pond, river or full lake was turned red by the quantity of blood. This included vast lakes and huge rivers turned red, including giant Lake Titicaca, and Rivers of the Amazon.
This theme is also a theme of all cultures and histories, from Romans, to Syrians, to the Ukraine.
This is an incredibly dark and EVIL side to the psychopaths. They may be uncaring, lack compassion, and remorse, but they are also blood thirsty.
Why?
Why seek a blood bath, a genocide, or the scorched earth of the Ukraine (Putin bombing just today 50 more: hospitals, schools, theaters, churches, etc.).
No Hitler, Putin, or vampire will be stopped by financial sanctions. They seek the blood bath. Putin may get it all now, or get some concession districts of Ukraine, but be back in 5 years for the desired, wanted, and elating Blood Bath. They have, by definition, a blood thirst, one that is never fully quenched: they must repeat the killings like a vampire that feeds daily.
