The psychopath has it all planned out. Nothing is random. Advancing all in linear, structured, and science of war manners is one of the "what they do best".
Where did this brilliance come from? Are they all Mensa stars?
A: first, they're not all mensa stars, but some truly are

B. they are an example of a deeply, purely, and completely focused life:
many like Putin were kids with street smarts, many thugs and bullies.
Would Putin use a phosphorous bomb? Pick one:
1. no
2. maybe
3. yes, that's what he's best at
A real bomb or a bomb of fear?
Both work for the psychopath.
The advantage is up to them:
Create fear, with one poison bomb, or one nuclear bomb.
Or,
Bomb the hell out of them, the scorched earth policy.
Inflict pain
pay them back
destroy all
The other alternative to fear is narrative and false flag play:
1. the West made me do it
And, there is the alternative which I think Putin and the Russians are most skilled at: set off one phosphorous bomb, make it out of, let's say Iranian materials, and then blame it's use on the Ukrainians. "They bombed their own people, the evil bastards. We must save the people".
